1. Jesus Christ is the eternal God.
2. He took upon himself humanity, truly God and truly man in one person, and he will thus be forevermore.
3. He is the co-creator of everything that exists.  
4. He was born of the virgin Mary and lived a perfect, sinless, compassionate and loving life.  
5. He died on the cross for our sins, as our substitute.  
6. He was buried, and on the third day he rose from the grave.  
7. He ascended to heaven where he intercedes for us, and he will come again.  
8. He is the only mediator between God and man.  
9. He is our example. He is Prophet, Priest, and King.
